What to do if it's supposed to rain/snow and you have a scheduled appointment that day

Steps to Take to Reschedule:

  1. As soon as you realize that the weather is going to affect your ability to capture outdoor shots at your scheduled location, you should reach out to the POC at that location via telephone.
  2. We suggest the following for the call with the POC (if the POC does not answer, we recommend leaving a voicemail and/or text to their mobile number with the same language):

Scenario 2: Offer to capture interiors only, return for exterior capture

  1. In the above second scenario: You will arrive on your original appointment date and time to capture the spaces they have prepped, in addition to any other accessible indoor spaces in their entirety. This means, that if ANY panos of a tour are exterior, please leave that space out during this appointment. (Example: Do not capture the lobby if you can not capture the exterior frames leading up to it - just skip that area and you can capture the space in its entirety when you return).
    1. Please be sure to upload and publish your content the same day, as you normally would.
    2. Ask the POC; "Would you like to schedule a second appointment or is it okay for me to stop-by without notice?” Coordinate with the POC to decide the best time to return to finish the capture.
